
John Curley
John Curley has represented the United States Government for over forty years as a senior manager, contractor, and consultant, holding key positions within the United States Naval Aviation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Responsibilities have included crisis management, enterprise risk management, and strategic planning. He is certified as a project manager, professional coach, and federal mediator, and he has mediated EEO cases within the Executive Office of the President.
Such duties have included executing complex technical organizational projects for the U.S. Government. He has briefed numerous congressional offices on blockchain, bitcoins, and senator offices about organizational improvements within federal agencies. John is on the Board of Directors for the Committee of the Republic and the Membership Committee of the Capitol Hill Club.
John was trained at the Executive Institute of the U.S. Treasury Department as a coach to senior federal leaders. He holds an Advanced Executive Coaching graduate diploma (2021) from the University of Cambridge, Churchill College, and Moller Institute. He completed both the Executive Coaching and Group Coaching programs at the University of Cambridge (2018), and he served on the International Coaching Federation’s Washington, D.C. chapter’s Board of Directors. John holds a postgraduate Diploma in Public Financial Management from the University of London (2008) and a Master of Administration, with a concentration in Management of Information Technology, from Johns Hopkins University (1994) with honors. He also completed a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering (1988) from Capitol Technology University, while working full-time for U.S. Naval Aviation and pilot training.
